A Bridge of Hope…
One Church and One Family at a Time...

Bridge of Hope Burlington County was established in 2008 to call and equip Christians in Burlington County to exemplify Christ’s love through a life-changing mentoring ministry with homeless single mothers and their children.

The Bridge of Hope program model is built on three-way partnerships between homeless families, trained church-based mentoring groups and Bridge of Hope’s case manager. With the support of mentoring friends, professional case management and temporary rental assistance to allow for employment training and a fresh start, single mothers are finding long-term solutions to homelessness that work for their families. Bridge of Hope Burlington County trains mentors from Protestant and Catholic churches and provides rental assistance and professional case management to homeless and at-risk single mothers and children.
